ROLE                                                 

1. Manage and implement minor infrastructure renovation and upgrading work
2. Manage the operation of the University's Water and Electricity Supply System
3. Planning maintenance works and maintenance expenses of University's Infrastructure
4. Monitor infrastructure maintenance activities of UMK Bachok and Kota Campus
5. Manage and implement rectification works and periodic maintenance work.

 

                                    SERVICE PROVIDED                                    

1. Maintenance of building facilities and Civil infrastructure, Electrical & Mechanical at UMK Bachok and Kota Campus through:
♦ Contract services
♦ Periodic inspection
♦ Rectification based on complaint report

2. Ensure that the monthly Utility payment documents (Water Supply, Electricity and Sewerage) of UMK Bachok and Kota Campus are processed and submitted to the Administration Division for further processing within the specified period.

3. Inspection of the T&L infrastructure at UMK Bachok and Kota Campus through joint site visit with the users and  status update / reporting in 3PI Management Meeting.

4. Prepare designs for minor infrastructure renovation and upgrading for the purpose of appointing contractors including overall project management.

5.Prepare a monthly report on the infrastructure maintenance of UMK Bachok and Kota Campus.
